Located in Lucca, Casa Gina offers you everything needed for a relaxing holiday in the Lucchese countryside. The apartment features a living room with sofa bed, a kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, TV, and air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom. A cot and high chair are available on request. Enjoy a private balcony, perfect for unwinding in the evening and taking in views of the countryside. The Serchio River Park is just a short walk away, the Lucchese hills are easily reached by car, and Versilia is about twenty minutes away.

Access to the house is via a fairly narrow side street, leading to your private parking space. To enter the apartment, you’ll climb external stairs (about fifteen steps) to reach the balcony on the first floor. The stairs do not have a stairlift. The neighborhood is quiet and the area very peaceful.
