Waren sonst in der 12a. Der Blick ist hier besser. In der 12a ist das halbe Zimmer vom Vorteil für

Insgesamt wirkt die 12a größer aber mehr verwinkelt als die 7. der Boden auf dem Balkon ist in beiden Wohnungen nicht behandelt und sorgt für Splitter im Fuß, sofern man keine Schuhe trägt. Die Küchenlampe in der 7 hat eine. Wackelkontakt, sodass Kuchen erschwert wird. Insgesamt jedoch aufgrund insbesondere der Lage auch empfehlenswert mit Abstrichen.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Villa Iduna. Es ist eine wunderschöne FEWO/Nr.7. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat pünktlich geklappt. Sauberkeit, Einrichtung, die tolle Küche in sehr ordentlichem Zustand, die breiten neuen Betten und der wunderschöne Balkon sind einfach super. Zur Ostsee und zur Strandpromenade nur ein paar Schritte. Bäcker, EDEKA, Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Wir werden die Villa Iduna weiterempfehlen.
