House Windrose - Apartment 5
Haus Windrose was built in 1996 and is centrally located in the seaside resort of Binz. The 6 lovingly furnished apartments with about 50 m² invite you to a relaxing holiday. The beautiful sandy beach of Binzer Bucht can be reached after about 3 minutes in an easterly direction. If you move in a westerly direction, you will be at Schmachter Lake in about 2 minutes. It offers quiet park benches, a children's playground and lots of nature. In the immediate vicinity you will find a bakery, a drinks and supermarket as well as various restaurants.
Apartment 5:
Apartment 5 is tastefully furnished with every comfort, such as well equipped kitchenette (microwave, ceramic hob,) open to the living area. Bedroom with double bed, shower / wc. Lovingly furnished living room with dining area, sofa (as extra bed for 2 more people possible), TV, radio. This apartment is characterized by special brightness (windows in the roof slopes). Bicycle storage and parking are available.
Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 18:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.

Entspannter Aufenthalt in Binz
Die Wohnung haben wir sehr sauber vorgefunden. Alles in Binz ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und hell. Unser Sohn liebt den Fernseher vom Schlafsofa mit höhenverstellbarer Lehne.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Nur ein Hinweis: Grundsätzlich (betrifft nicht nur diesen Vermieter) finde ich die Höhe der Reinigungsgebühr für ein verlängertes Wochenende unangemessen, wenn Geschirrspüler ausgeräumt sein, Müll entsorgt und die Wohnung besenrein übergeben werden soll.

Sehr Grosse und zweckmäßig eingerichtete Fewo..
Von der benachbarten Hauptstrasse geht in den Morgenstunden der Geräuschpegel in die Höhe. Man kann dann nur noch bei geschlossenen Fenster schlafen. An dem benachbarten Parkhaus befindlichen Gaststätte geht freitags auch , bis in die Nacht, ein sehr lauter Geräuschpegel aus.
Ansonsten sehr schöne und gemütliche Fewo.
