The Sunset on the Lake apartment, located in Belgirate, overlooks Lake Maggiore. The 55 m² property features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. The holiday home offers a private open terrace, perfect for relaxing in the evening.



Guests have access to a private garden via an external staircase, equipped with sun loungers and a gazebo with a table and 6 chairs. A private barbecue with accessories is available on request.



The location is convenient between Arona and Stresa, just 6 km from the Borromean Islands. In Lesa, Erno Beach offers both a private facility and a free beach, both pet-friendly. The Mottarone ski slopes are about 20 minutes away by car. The train station is 200 meters away. Free street parking is available.



Families with children are welcome; a cot and high chair can be provided on request. Up to 2 pets are allowed for an extra fee. Smoking is not permitted inside. On-site amenities include free Wi-Fi, washing machine, smart TV, and mosquito screens on all windows. The kitchen is equipped with an illy capsule coffee machine, moka pot, microwave, toaster, kettle, and dishwasher.

Van alle gemakken voorzien.

Pros: De uitrusting van het appartement was zeer kompleet en van goede kwaliteit. De airco in de slaapkamer was meer dan welkom bij temperaturen van 35 graden en meer. Cons: Een airco in de woonkamer was met dan welkom geweest. Het uitzicht op het meer was vanuit de woonkamer minimaal.
