Duplex apartment of 40m distributed over two floors. On the ground floor you have a kitchen with appliances (combi fridge, microwave, oven, ceramic hob,
Living room with TV, dining room for four people and microwave sofa bed) and kitchen utensils. of 1.40m * 2m.
Laundry room and small toilet.
On the upper floor you find the master bedroom with two beds of 90cm * 1.90m, closet, dresser and desk, as well as the main bathroom with a large shower.
You also have a 12m terrace with garden furniture.
Air Conditioning and Wifi in the apartment.
The complex has two swimming pools (one for adults and one for children) solarium and supermarket

We were very pleased with all aspects of our visit. The hosts were most helpful, arranging transport from the airport, and providing a welcome pack. The apartment was comfortable and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay

If you want it nice and relaxing

The property is exactly what it says on the advert. The bungalow was in a good condition and well maintained, everything needed for a comfortable stay was in place. Lovely pool just outside the property, no need to reserve sunbeds! It is worth noting that although there are some excellent restaurants and one nice local bar there is not much in the way of nightlife. However bus 73 runs at quarter past the hour into playa de inglis and only costs 3E for two passengers, a taxi back is around 12E. The local Aldi is a comfortable 10 minute walk just passed a fantastic Chinese restaurant. If you like it quite, peaceful and relaxing this property is definitely worth a visit. Schönes Apartment im Sonnenland

Wir waren im Dezember/ Januar für vier Wochen in der Unterkunft und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Apartment war sehr sauber, gepflegt und frisch renoviert. Auch Küche und Bäder sind neu. Die Einrichtung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es war genauso, wie es auf den Fotos zu sehen war. Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Küchentücher etc. waren reichlich vorhanden. Der kleine Patio bietet die Möglichkeit entspannt draußen zu sitzen. Das einzige, was uns fehlte, war ein kleiner runder Caféhaustisch, so dass man auch draußen hätte essen können. Bis zum Meer sind es ca. 3 km, man ist dann entweder in Maspalomas oder Meleonares. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
