This 5-star Frisian house, built in 1745 and fully renovated in 2025, spans approximately 200 m² and accommodates up to 7 guests, offering you absolute exclusivity in the heart of Tinnum. The location is the perfect starting point for exploring both the picturesque meadows of Tinnum and the island in all directions. On the ground floor, you’ll find a light-filled, open-concept living and dining area complete with a fully equipped country-style kitchen, perfect for cooking together and relaxing. A double bedroom (200x200 cm) with an en suite bathroom and a guest bathroom are also located on the ground floor. The upper floor features two additional spacious double bedrooms (200x220 cm) with modern built-in closets that offer plenty of storage space for a holiday on Sylt. Each bedroom has its own natural-light shower room, one of which is equipped with a sauna—the perfect place to relax. The separate room, complete with a spacious desk, is ideal for a home office. It also features a single bed (120x200 cm) for an additional guest. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with smart TVs to provide you with entertainment and comfort. The south-facing terrace with an adjoining garden and a beach chair (seasonal) invites you to enjoy relaxing hours outdoors.
