The apartment features three tastefully furnished bedrooms (each equipped with a double bed measuring 180×200 cm, one 140×200 cm double bed, and one 90×200 cm single bed), all featuring vinyl flooring and offering a cosy sleeping environment. The living room invites you to relax with a comfortable sofa area and an armchair. Here, you can get cosy for a film night with the provided TV or simply spend time with your loved ones. The open dining area with a dining table creates the perfect setting for shared meals or fun game nights.

The well-equipped kitchen is a highlight of the accommodation. Equipped with modern appliances, such as a microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, it will satisfy all your culinary needs. Here you’ll find everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes, including an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. Enjoy a relaxing meal on the sunny terrace, which is furnished with patio furniture and offers a magnificent view of the outdoors.

The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink. There is also a guest bathroom, which is particularly convenient for larger groups. The apartment is also equipped with a hair dryer and a starter set of towels and bed linens so you can feel right at home.
