It features two stylish bedrooms, each with a double bed, two high-quality bathrooms with walk-in showers, and an open, fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired.

The cosy living area invites you to relax and features a sofa nook, a flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi. Underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth, while large windows offer a magnificent view of the mountains.

A real highlight is the private sauna, which offers soothing relaxation after an active day in nature.

Enjoy the covered balcony with breathtaking mountain views—perfect for cosy moments with a cup of tea or a glass of wine in the evening. Two heat lamps make this possible even in winter.

Comfort:
A parking space in the underground garage (max. 2 metres high) is reserved for you. The lift takes you comfortably from the underground car park right to your apartment door, so you don’t have to climb any stairs—even with luggage or groceries.
For active guests, a lockable basement storage area is available for bicycles and skis; you can charge your e-bike batteries here.
You’ll also find a washing machine here, which makes your stay even more comfortable.

Prime Location
Restaurants and shopping are just a short walk away. A bus stop is just 300 metres away. Right across the street, the Schornbad outdoor pool invites you to take a refreshing dip on hot summer days. The picturesque Königssee and numerous hiking trails are also in the immediate vicinity. You can reach the Jennerbahn valley station in about 30 minutes on foot or in just 5 minutes by car. There, a wide variety of activities awaits you: a toboggan run, winter and summer hiking trails, as well as snowshoe and ski touring routes—ideal for adventures in every season. A cosy stop at a mountain hut as the perfect finale rounds off the day beautifully. The historic centre of Berchtesgaden is approximately 5 km away.
