WELCOME TO ROTONDA WEST -

Your vacation home - directly on the water - we call it “Oak on the Water”, as there is an indescribably beautiful oak tree in the garden.


THE HOUSE:

The house itself has approx. 185 square meters of living space - 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and patio with private, heated pool.

It has the typical American flair - it is open plan - has a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities and a bar, a comfortable dining room for 4 and in the adjoining patio for 6 people - right by the pool with a view of the water.


THE MASTER BEDROOM:

The master bedroom has an immediate view and access to the pool area. King-size bed, 60” Smart TV, ROKO - chest of drawers, walk-in closet and direct access to the spacious bathroom with 2 washbasins, shower and separate WC.


BEDROOMS 2 and 3:

The 2 further bedrooms are furnished with a queen bed and 2 single beds respectively - each with its own closet, of course. The queen bed room also has a Smart TV. A fully equipped bathroom with bathtub and shower is located between the two rooms.

LIVING ROOMS:

The property has 2 comfortable living rooms - one of which is equipped with Smart TV, DVD, books ... and direct access to the pool area.

WIFI in the house is included -
And if you want to work - a desk with printer is also available.

Golf and tennis equipment are at your free disposal,
as well as 2 e-bikes for adults and 2 children's/youth bikes.
Beach equipment such as sun loungers and parasols are available - as are games and books.


Pool Area:

The covered pool and patio offer picturesque sunsets and magnificent views of the Rotonda Canals. The pool is not heated. A pool heater can be rented for $15/day.

The property is located in the Rotonda Community - a paradise for golfers - there are 5 golf courses with different levels of difficulty directly in the area. Other activities - such as tennis courts - also everything that is possible on the “Gulf of Mexico” / "Gulf of America" - are also available.

-- No loud parties
-- Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor area.
-- Please keep doors and windows closed at all times - air conditioning will otherwise be out of order.
-- Children are only permitted under the constant supervision of an adult aged 21 or over
-- No liability is accepted for any accidents or damage on your part. You alone are responsible for this.


- We ask you to treat the house, the pool and the garden with care.
For the maintenance of the pool and the garden, companies are contracted to mow the lawn and maintain the pool.

These companies come without notice.

Great vacation
I stayed at this property for 2 weeks. Loved everything about it! It was as described and communication prior to and during stay was prompt. Property was very clean and had everything you would need. Used the gas grill several times with no issues. It was the most well stocked kitchen of any property I have ever rented. I would definitely stay at this property again!

peace and quiet
This is a beautiful home in a beautiful location and close to the beaches and shopping. Love the Rotunda area. Came south for some sun and mostly peace & quiet. Unfortunately the pool was broken when we arrived & by the time it was fixed & heated up it was time to leave. So that was disappointing but our host went out of their way to make it up to us as best they could. All in all we will come back and stay here again! Amy was exceptional in her customer service & is our influence to be back next year!

Sarah and her husband were more than patient as we worked out their pool issue. They were clean and respectful and left the home in perfect condition. They were a genuine pleasure to have on the property and would have them back in a minute.

Ihrem Urlaubsdomizil - direkt am Wasser - wir nennen es "Oak on the Water", da sich u.a. eine unbeschreiblich schöne Eiche im Garten befindet.


DAS HAUS:

Das Haus selber hat ca. 185 qm Wohnfläche - 3 Schlafzimmer, 2,5 Bäder und Patio mit privatem, beheizbaren Pool.

Es hat den typischen amerikanischen Flair - es ist offen - hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit allen Annehmlichkeiten und einer Theke, einen komfortablen Essraum für 4 und im anschließenden Patio für 6 Personen - direkt am Pool mit Aussicht aufs Wasser.


DAS HAUPTSCHLAFZIMMER:

Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat einen unmittelbaren Ausblick und Zugang zum Poolbereich. King-size bed, 60" Roku Smart TV, Kommode, begehbaren Kleiderschrank und direkten Anschluss an das geräumige Bad mit 2 Waschbecken, Dusche und eigenständigem WC.


DIE SCHLAFZIMMER 2 und 3:

Die 2 weiteren Schlafzimmer sind ausgestattet mit einem Queen bed bzw. 2 Einzelbetten - natürlich mit jeweils eigenem Kleiderschrank. Das Queen bed Zimmer hat auch einen Smart TV. Ein voll ausgestattetes Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche befindet sich zwischen den beiden Räumen.

WOHNZIMMER:

Das Anwesen hat 2 komfortable Wohnräume - das eine davon ist ausgestattet u.a. mit Smart TV, DVD, Büchern ... und direktem Zugang zum Poolbereich.

WIFI im Haus ist inclusive -
Und wenn Sie arbeiten möchten - ein Schreibtisch mit Drucker ist auch vorhanden.

Golf- und Tennisutensilien stehen zur freien Verfügung,
genauso wie 2 E-Bikes für Erwachsene sowie 2 Kinder/ Jugendfahrräder.
Strandutensilien wie Liegestühle und Sonnenschirm sind vorhanden - ebenso Spiele und Bücher.


POOL:

Der überdachte Pool und die Veranda bieten malerische Sonnenuntergänge und einen herrlichen Blick auf die Rotonda-Kanäle. Der Pool ist nicht beheizt. Eine Poolheizung kann für $ 15 / Tag gemietet werden.



HIER BEFINDET SICH IHRE UNTERKUNFT:

Das Anwesen befindet sich in der Rotonda Community - für Golfspieler ein Paradies - es befinden sich 5 Golfplätze mit verschiedenen Schwierigkeitsgraden unmittelbar in der Gegend. Weitere Aktivitäten - wie Tennisplätze - auch alles was am "Golf von Mexiko" / "Golf von Amerika" möglich ist - sind auch vorhanden.
