The holiday home, which was renovated in 2023, is a detached property located on the owner’s 1,100-square-meter, very well-maintained residential lot. A restaurant, shopping, and a swimming spot on the Bodden are all within a 1-kilometer radius. It is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, LCD TV, radio/CD player), an open kitchenette (small dining table, induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, various kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed, guest bed or cot, and a high chair available upon request), a shower/toilet (radiant floor heating), and central heating.
Amenities include: a large, covered terrace with seating and an outdoor oven, sun loungers, a grill, 2 bicycles, bicycle storage, and a parking space. The total price includes bed linens, water, utilities, and final cleaning. Please bring your own towels. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
