Zweckentfremdeter Wohnraum
Ein Beispiel dafür, wie Wohnraum dem lokalen Markt entzogen wird um damit Gewinn durch Ferienvermietung zu machen. Kein Wunder wenn die Mieten immer teurer werden, Wohnungen auf diese Weise zweckentfremdet werden.
