Welcome to the Anschütz Holiday Home! Spanning 118 square metres, a cosy and stylish home awaits you—accommodating up to 5 people—in a quiet residential area.

As soon as you walk in, you’ll be greeted by the bright, inviting hallway, which creates a warm atmosphere with its cheerful colours and natural tones.

With its charming fireplace and spacious sofas, the living room offers the perfect place to relax. Here you can unwind after an eventful day, while the adjacent seating area offers space for shared meals or fun game nights.
The combination of rustic wooden furniture and modern elements gives the room a special touch.

The spacious kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals. There’s also a separate dining area that’s perfect for a cosy breakfast or a relaxed dinner.

A sturdy marble staircase leads to the upper floor, which features three lovingly furnished bedrooms and a large bathroom. The bathroom features light-colored tiles and includes a shower, a bathtub, and a sink.
A changing table ensures that even the youngest guests feel right at home.
Natural light streaming in through the skylight creates a pleasant atmosphere.

The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a spacious closet. The second bedroom, with a single bed, is perfect for children, while the third bedroom is furnished with a small double bed, a desk, and a closet. All bedrooms have carpeted floors that exude cosiness.

The absolute highlight of the house is the spacious sunroom. Whether it’s summer or winter, this spot offers a wonderful view of the garden and invites you to spend cosy hours there.
The house is complemented by two beautiful terraces that are perfect for relaxing and unwinding, especially during the summer months. Surrounded by lush greenery, the holiday home offers an oasis of tranquility.

Thanks to its own parking space and good access to city centre Wilhelmshaven—whether by car or via a direct bus route—the Anschütz holiday home combines relaxation with proximity to the action. A restaurant just around the corner rounds out the experience.

Due to temporary disruptions, there may be rare instances when Wi-Fi or internet access is unavailable. Please take this into account when making your reservation. This does not constitute a defect.

High-quality premium linens packages must be booked separately. You’ll need one linens package per person.
Each premium linens package contains: 1 set of high-quality premium bedding, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one fitted sheet per bed, 1 large shower towel, 1 small hand towel, and, in addition, for each holiday rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked): 1 shower mat (per bathroom) and 2 tea towels.

The municipal guest fee (visitor’s tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest fee is collected and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travellers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your booking, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.
