New (completed in June 2020), modern, very high-end Frisian-style house located directly on the canal in Hinte-Loppersum. <br><br>The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This is a smoke-free home; one dog is allowed (two dogs possible upon request)—the property is fully fenced. <br><br>The ground floor is warmly and modernly furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic cooktop, filter coffee/pod machine (Senseo), refrigerator, separate freezer with 2 large compartments, electric kettle, toaster, and much more. The table comfortably seats 6 people, and from here you have a fantastic view of the <br>garden and the water. The furnished patio and the grill invite you to enjoy the outdoors.<br><br>There’s also bocce and a croquet set. We’ve even provided a shower area for your four-legged friend.<br><br>A spacious garden shed is at your disposal, with room to store any bicycles you bring along.<br><br>There’s a second small furnished terrace by the dock. The garden is completely fenced in, with a lockable gate leading to the water.<br><br>In the living area, you’ll find a cosy sofa nook, a smart TV, books, board games, and a stereo system.<br><br>A bedroom with a double box-spring bed (single continuous mattress, 180 x 200 m) at a comfortable height, a flat-screen TV, and a large closet is located on the ground floor, as is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and hair dryer. The modern infrared heat cabin offers a Duo-Vital radiant system with full-spectrum light and carbon surface heaters, as well as adjustable calf heaters, a music system, and colour light therapy.<br><br>A washing machine, dryer, clothes rack, ironing board and iron, as well as cleaning supplies, are provided.<br><br>On the upper floor, there are two additional bedrooms and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. One bedroom features a box-spring double bed (with a continuous mattress) and an adjoining walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two single beds, a closet, and a desk. From here, you have a magnificent view of the canal. Both rooms have an additional flat-screen TV.<br><br>All windows can be darkened with electric exterior blinds and are equipped with fly screens. The entire house is equipped with radiant floor heating.
