Arrive and feel at home! This newly renovated, comfortable 73m² holiday apartment features a cozy living room with a dining area. A southwest-facing balcony with a view of the surrounding greenery is located off the living room and is furnished with garden furniture. Opposite the living room is the fully equipped kitchen with a kitchenette, including a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, Dolce Gusto machine, etc. The hallway leads to the two bedrooms, each with a box-spring double bed, bedside tables, wardrobes, and a TV. A sofa bed in the larger bedroom provides an additional sleeping space. Both bedrooms and the kitchen have blackout blinds. The toilet with sink is separate from the bathtub/shower with sink, so the toilet can be used even if the shower is in use.

Bicycles can be stored in the bicycle cellar. The holiday apartment is very centrally located; bus and train stops, as well as supermarkets and a bakery, are just a few minutes' walk away. Several restaurants are just a short drive away.

Bremen's city center, with all its attractions including the Bremen Town Musicians, Bremen Town Hall, and the Roland statue (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), can be reached in about 15 minutes by tram. The football stadium is also easily accessible, and the bus stops almost right outside the door. Special buses run nearby for Werder Bremen home games.

Werdersee lake, just a few minutes away by bike, is perfect for swimming in the summer. Along the Weser River, you can enjoy wonderful tours or simply stop for coffee and cake.
