Villa 'La Quintessence' with Mountain Views, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning
Enjoying beautiful views of the Alps, Gîte La Quintessence is located in Nonglard. This two-story property features 2 living rooms, a kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a separate WC, accommodating up to 12 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, a fan, washing machine, dryer, as well as books and toys for children. A baby cot and high chair are also provided. The accommodation offers a private outdoor area with a heated pool, garden, terrace, barbecue, and playground.
The gîte is semi-detached with the host’s residence, who is often away. The pool is open from early May to late September, from 9 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 7 pm.
The villa is just 12 km from Lake Annecy, with hiking and mountain biking trails accessible directly from the property. The ski resort is 35 minutes away, a river and golf driving range are 5 km away, and a hypermarket is an 8-minute drive.
Five parking spaces are available on the property, and free street parking is also possible. Families with children are welcome. Pets, indoor smoking, and events are not allowed. An Australian Shepherd lives on site.
An electric vehicle charging station is available (fixed fee per charge). A bicycle is provided.
Tips for walks and daily activities are also offered.
