Bei check in keine Handtücher, kein Toilettenpapier und kein Bett war bezogen. Alle Fenster waren offen und es war eiskalt. Nach Kontakt mit dem Verantwortlichen kamen die Reinigungskräfte dann doch noch, jedoch haben Sie keine Duschhandtücher und kein Toilettenpapier dagelassen, wir mussten erneut tätig werden :/ Lüftung im WC war defekt. Durch die geschlossene Balkontür regnete es rein. Allgemeines Erscheinungsbild der Wohnungsanlage nicht einladend. Licht in der Wohnung allgemein zu dunkel, vorallem im Bad. Die Lage ist gut, alles fußläufig erreichbar.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt war es gut! Im Wohnbereich war das Licht zu dunkel! Im Bad wäre helleres Licht ebenfalls empfehlenswert! Eine Schlafzimmertür hat fürchterlich geknarzt! Staubflocken unterm Bett !Sonst sauber!! W-LAN war auch manchmal schwierig!

Die Wohnung ist Ok, Die Küche ist in die Jahre gekommenDas Bad ist renoviert und auf dem neusten StandDie Beleuchtung ist in der ganzen Wohnug zu dunkel, das fällt besonders im Bad aufIm Aussenbereich stehen die Müllcontainer direkt in Eingangsweg und waren überfüllt, dieses macht keinen guten Eindruck.

Gleichzeitig nehmen wir deine Hinweise zur Küche, zur Beleuchtung und zum Außenbereich sehr ernst. Gerade Licht spielt eine große Rolle für das Wohlbefinden – hier prüfen wir, wie wir die Situation verbessern können. Auch ein gepflegter Eingangsbereich ist uns wichtig. Überfüllte Müllcontainer sollten natürlich keinen ersten Eindruck prägen – das geben wir entsprechend weiter und achten künftig noch genauer darauf. Danke, dass du dir die Zeit genommen hast, uns darauf aufmerksam zu machen. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt melde dich gern direkt, wenn dir etwas auffällt – wir helfen jederzeit weiter.
