The villa's proximity to Porec, Novigrad, Motovun and Pazin ensures that the lively pulse of city life is never too far away. The house is located on the edge of the forest on a fenced plot of 863 m2, and offers guests the following outdoor facilities: a 42 m2 swimming pool, deckchairs, a well-kept lawn, a fireplace with a covered terrace next to the pool and 2 parking spaces. For those who prefer to spend their vacation in the not too warm months before or after the summer season, the pool can be heated on request.
Villa Casa Minerva for 6 guests is a modern, newly built holiday home with a living area of 153 m2 and spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with dining area and access to the terrace, pool and garden, fully equipped kitchen and separate toilet. On the 1st floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a beautiful panoramic view of nature. The whole house is air-conditioned and has strong Starlink internet.
The special feature of Villa Casa Minerva is the large, fully fenced outdoor area where children can play carefree.
Youth groups are not allowed.
