Comfortable house "Casa24" (ETV16206), on 3 stories. In the centre of Artà. Excellent location: Absolutely central yet quiet, 11 km from the sea/beach. Public parking on the street. Supermarket/supermarket 250 m, bakery 250 m. The town centre/market square is a 6-minute walk away; bus stop 650 m, sandy beach “Cala Agulla” 11 km, Costa dels Pins 11 km, marina 11 km, golf course 4 km. Nearby attractions: Lake Païsses (archaeological site, 3,000 years old) 650 m, Castell de Capdepera 8 km, Ermita de Betlem 6 km.
Cala Agulla Beach 11 km. The town of Cala Ratjada is 10 km away.
Hiking areas: Ermita de Betlem, Son Serra de Marina, Parc Natural de Llevant.
Palma Airport is 55 km from the house.
The house features a large living/dining room with a dining table and digital TV, as well as a large kitchen (oven, dishwasher, induction cooktop with 4 burners, toaster, electric kettle, refrigerator/freezer, electric espresso machine, iron with ironing board). Guest bathroom with shower on the ground floor. On the ground floor is a large bedroom with a double bed (200 cm by 180 cm), a walk-in closet, and direct access to the large bathroom with a shower, whirlpool tub, toilet, and bidet. The second bedroom, with two beds (90 cm wide, 200 cm long), is also located on the ground floor. Another bathroom is equipped with a glass-enclosed shower and toilet. The two-story terrace is furnished with 4 sun loungers, a dining table with 4 chairs, and a gas grill.
Also available: 2 hair dryers, internet (Wi-Fi, free).

Très bon accueil, Superbe maison idéalement située a 5mn a pied du centre-ville et 10 mn en voiture de la plage. Superbes prestations, notamment la suite parentale et les 2 terrasses. Seul point noir l'absence de climatisation surtout avec la chaleur du mois d'août.

Hemos estado dos semanas y fenomenal. La casa es preciosa y tiene todas las comodidades. Los únicos inconvenientes son que no puedes aparcar en la calle (es solo para residentes), aunque tienes un párking muy cerca y el aire acondicionado del vecino que cuando lo pone se oye mucho. Además Artà es muy tranquilo y es una localización ideal para conocer la isla.
