If you’re looking for hustle and bustle and action, we’re afraid we’ll have to disappoint you, because Eilsum can offer you nothing but pure tranquility. Great opportunities for your furry friends to run around are included. Your four-legged friends aren’t just tolerated—they’re expressly welcome.

Our Moor Huus is situated directly on a waterfront property with its own dock and access to the water. Are you a proud boat owner? If so, you can set sail directly from the dock!

The house is approximately 85 square metres and accommodates up to 4 people, leaving nothing to be desired. You can enjoy summer evenings in the beach chair in the garden, and the wood-burning stove keeps you cosy on warm winter days.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a superbly equipped modern kitchen (including an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso capsule machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, hand blender, and mixer) with an adjoining dining and living area featuring a fireplace and TV. Also located on the ground floor is a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, heated towel rack, radio, and hair dryer. A storage room with a washer-dryer and various household items (clothes rack, iron, ironing board, etc.) completes the ground floor.

The upper floor features the two bedrooms and another bathroom with a shower and toilet. The first bedroom has a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm (separate mattresses) with a closet and TV. The second bedroom has two single beds measuring 90 x 200 cm with a closet and TV.

The ground floor has tile flooring and the upper floor has vinyl flooring (both with underfloor heating). All living areas are equipped with pleated blinds, electric roller shutters, and fly screens.

Important information for our “little” guests: A travel cot, high chair, and stair gate are available free of charge to ensure your safety.

So you can set off for Greetsiel, electricity is available in the garden shed to charge the e-bikes you’ve brought along. To round out the evening with a barbecue, a charcoal grill is at your disposal. The fire pit in the garden creates the perfect ambiance on the waterfront property. You can soak up the sun on the furnished and covered patio or on the garden loungers. A private parking space is also available free of charge.

The neighbouring house is “Sielentium,” should you need more space.

From fish sandwiches to exclusive menus, the local restaurants offer a wealth of genuine delights. You’ll find maritime charm in the numerous fishermen’s pubs. Stroll through picturesque alleys and visit the twin windmills.

The house is located in a new development area, so unfortunately we cannot rule out occasional noise and dust disturbances.
