Insgesamt machte die Wohnung einen guten Eindruck. Kleinigkeiten störten etwas das gute Gesamtbild: Wackelige Stühle mit zu grossen Auflagen, unangenehmer Geruch bei Nutzung des Heißwasser in der Küche. Ansonsten: Empfehlenswert. Sehr positiv: Die Hausverwaltung Scheel!
