Gepflegte Ferienwohnungsanlage im Zentrum von Westerland. Teils vermietet, teils eigengenutzt. Unterschiedliche Renovierungszustände. Schwimmbad und Sauna im Keller, nach Eintrag für jeden nutzbar. Zu jeder Wohnung gehört ein Parkplatz, die Stellplätze sind jedoch - wie auch die meisten Parkhäuser - aus den 70er Jahren und dementsprechend eng.

Es ist immer wieder schön ,im Haus Nordland den Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Wohnung Nr. 80 ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Haus wird sehr ordentlich geführt. Das Hallenbad und die Sauna sind sauber. Uns gefällt der Belegplan für das Bad sehr gut. Wir haben gleich wieder für 2026 gebucht.
