Die gesamte Anlage wirkt gepflegt, auch wenn sie schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Die Wohnung war einfach aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet (Ikea). Die Lage ist sehr gut man ist schnell im Zentrum und am Strand. Parkplatz für Wohnung ist vorhanden. Hunde sind in einigen Wohnungen erlaubt. Bäcker und Edeka direkt um die Ecke.
