Minutes from downtown Fort Myers, Civic Center, Manatee Park, WP Franklin Recreation Area (with Sandy beach on the River & Playground) & Shopping, Enjoy the view across the street of the canal that flows into the beautiful Caloosahatchee River. I have owned this darling home for over 15 years. It is updated and very comfortable for you to get that much needed R&R and some warm sunshine. We hope to retire here and enjoy the winter months sooooo, enjoy it now before I get a chance!

Why they chose this property

One of the best qualities of my home is the privacy and quiet surroundings. Because we are not in downtown Fort Myers we have very manageable traffic (even during the height of season). There is so much to do and enjoy within a short drive. Within 1-3 miles you can enjoy restaurants, shopping, tour old Florida preserves and enjoy the local library.

What makes this property unique

Davis Boat Ramp (a free, county ramp that is open to the public) is at the end of our street. Park your boat trailer on the extra parking pad on the side of our garage. Bring your kayaks and put in at the ramp and enjoy our gorgeous river up close.
