FIP Park Poeler Vacation Rental: A Getaway with a Sauna and Hot Tub

Located just about 500 metres from the sandy beach, the FIP Park Poeler Auszeit holiday rental offers a comfortable holiday home for up to 8 people.

Four bedrooms with box-spring beds and two modern bathrooms provide plenty of space. In the spacious living room, you can spend evenings together or gather around the dining table.

The open-concept kitchen is modernly equipped and features, among other things, an oven and a dishwasher.

A special highlight is the sauna and the hot tub, which invite you to relax after long walks, bike rides, or a day at the beach.

The surrounding area is ideal for hiking, biking, and nature observation. You’ll find shopping options in Kirchdorf, about 2 kilometres away.

The accommodation is family-friendly. Smoking is not permitted. You may bring one pet.

The Gollwitz Holiday Park on the island of Poel is located in Wismar Bay, right on the Baltic Sea coast. It is just a few metres from the shallow, child-friendly sandy beach across from the bird sanctuary island of Langenwerder. The small village of Gollwitz, with its pretty village pond at its centre, nestles into the green landscape in the north of Poel. There are several playgrounds and picnic areas, as well as beautiful walking trails through the varied landscape along the beach, on dirt paths, and along the cliffs.

By car, bike, or bus, it’s just a few minutes to Schwarzer Busch or Kirchdorf, the island’s centre, where you’ll find shopping options.

Parking spaces for guests are located in front of and next to the building. Each apartment has a small balcony. Shared coin-operated washing machines and dryers

There is a small kiosk in the building where you can buy fresh rolls, newspapers, and much more.

Wir waren mit 8 Personen zu Gast in ihrer Ferienwohnung und haben uns auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt. Im ..

Wir waren mit 8 Personen zu Gast in ihrer Ferienwohnung und haben uns auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt. Im Laufe der Zeit haben wir dann doch folgende Punkte anzumerken. 1. im Eingangsbereich und Essbereich - große Fensterfront, gibt es keine Möglichkeit zu lüften oder die Fenster zu öffnen. Einzig die Eingangstür haben wir offen gelassen. Das müsste dringend geändert werden. 2. die Privatsphäre direkt neben dem Shop war nicht möglich, des Öfteren wurden wir durch neugierige Touristen die auch den Kopf in die Wohnung steckten gestört. Das ist der Nähe, Shop und Eingangsbereich der Ferienwohnung, geschuldet. Eine kleine Trennwand könnte hier Abhilfe schaffen. Alles in allem ist es eine wunderschöne Wohnung, die auch unserer Kleinsten mit der Kinderecke gut gefallen hat.

Ein sehr schönes Quartier für eine größere Reisegruppe. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Gefehlt hat uns (nur) eine Filterkaffeemaschine. Der Kaffeevollautomat (für ganze Bohnen) ist eher unpraktisch, weil 8 Kaffeetrinker länger warten müssen. Evtl ist der ein oder andere auch mit der Bedienung überfordert. Das Quartier könnte durch einen weiteren Stuhl am Esstisch aufgebessert werden. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Es waren ganz wundervolle Tage. In dieser Wohnung war an alles gedacht, klar strukturiert, tolle große Couch, sehr bequeme Stühle, großartiger Esstisch, das Lichtkonzept war sehr gut durchdacht, Sauna und Wirlpool wurden rege genutzt. Wir waren alle glücklich und bedanken uns ganz herzlich.
