Schöne Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick durch die bodentiefen Glastüren auf die Hafenseite der Stadt Kappeln. Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Das zweite, kleine Badezimmer ist sehr praktisch. Ein kleines Manko ist, dass nach Westen kein Sonnenschutz vorhanden ist. Gerade in diesem Sommer wäre er vonnöten gewesen. Ausserdem wäre ein zweiter Hausschlüssel praktisch.

Das Lotsenhaus 12 hat dazu beigetragen dass wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub hatten.Die Aussicht und die Lage ist einfach perfekt.Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht .Die Ausstattung war hochwertig . (Das einzig was fehlte waren Topflappen aber das ist echt meckern auf hohem Niveau) Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist vollkommen okay. Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter . Wir kommen gerne wieder

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und der Ausblick ist einmalig. Leider fehlt eine Möglichkeit zur Abschattierung der Fenster zur Schleiseite. So kann man abends am Tisch nicht essen, da man in der prallen Sonne sitzt und die Butter davonläuft. Und man kann auch ab dem späten Nachmittag bis zum Sonnenuntergang nicht fernsehen, da nichts auf dem Bildschirm zu erkennen ist.
