'Peaceful Valley Lake & Cabins'
Are you looking for the perfect place to escape for a few days of peace and quiet? Get away from it all at our beautiful 1 bedroom cabin better known as the "The Island Cabin". Which is just perfect for couples, it features a wrap-around porch surrounded by water and beautiful views in all directions. It is the perfect place to catch up on a little rest and relaxation!

Sit on the porch and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in all the beautiful sights and sounds. Stroll around the woods and down by the creek to enjoy nature at its finest. Drop a line in the lake and enjoy the thrill when you reel in the “catch of the day” from the variety of fish stocked in our lake. (All fishing is catch-and-release.) Or, just float around in our two person fishing boat and unwind. Watch the sun set as you cook your favorite burger on the gas grill on the back porch. At day’s end build a fire in the large stone fire pit, perfect for late night snuggling and roasting marshmallows!

The cabin and lake are located out in the country, yet are only minutes from town and Lake Cumberland. Come enjoy the peace and quiet. We guarantee you will leave rested, relaxed, and anxious to return!

We had a very enjoyable, relaxing, and peaceful stay at your Island cabin on the lake!! We enjoyed having a cup of coffee on the porch just staring out at the lake enjoying being still and being in nature!! We had a hummingbird come visit us:) We enjoy watching the geese swim across the lake! The cabin was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves!! We enjoyed fishing a lot and took the little boat for a ride!! We did not have a fire because it was just too hot when we were there, thank you for providing some fire wood that was nice!! We took a ride to explore the area we went to Somerset for lunch at the Cumberland Grill overlooking the lake!! My husband and I came for fishing weekend getaway and this exactly what we were hoping it would be. Beautiful property and we caught a ton of fish right off the bank by the house. I caught a 12 lb catfish which was a record for me. Place was comfortable and Timmy was so nice and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

This was the perfect weekend getaway for me and my husband. We enjoyed fishing, feeding the ducks and just shutting the world off for 2 days. Its exactly what we were hoping for and can't wait for our next trip.
