'Peaceful Valley Lake & Cabin'
Our "Creek Side Cabin" is situated within feet of both our beautiful well stocked (catch and release) lake and the spring fed creek that flows through the property.
The Creek Side cabin is a one bedroom with beautiful vaulted ceilings. It is easy step free access. After a day of fishing, strolling around the lake, or reading a great book, you will find the kitchen is well suited to prepare food from snacks to full family dinners. Or you might choose to grill on the provided gas grill. Then enjoy coffee or desert relaxing on either porch, take in the lake view or the relaxing countryside creek view.
Included with the cabin there is a two-person boat. You can enjoy the great fishing in our catch and release lake or just float along and enjoy the beautiful sights of nature! As evening comes build a fire in the stone fire pit. Enjoy the stars, some mores, roasting marshmallows, or snuggling seem to be popular!
Peaceful Valley is located out in the country, providing a great place to unwind, relax and recharge. Yet we are conveniently located minutes from Russell Springs, Jamestown, and the beautiful Lake Cumberland! Please visit and enjoy what some of the our guests call "a little piece of Heaven" Peaceful Valley.

Little Bit of heaven on earth

Our stay at Peaceful Valley Cabins & Lakes was great! Very peaceful and secluded. Fishing was a lot of fun. Owners was very friendly and hospitable. Would recommend to anyone that likes to fish and/or wants some peace and relaxation.

Great Getaway

This is a well maintained property with peace and quiet. 4 cabins to choose from all nestled around a private lake. The cabins have everything you need to cook, refrigerate, and rest. I will definitely return as soon as I can.

This place is amazing! The cabin is sooo nice. It is obvious that Timmy and Rose take great pride in their cabins. They are very clean, well maintained and very welcoming. You cantell they work hard to keep them nice. The area was beautiful, the fishing was spectacular. Overall, a delightful stay.

Hidden Treasure

This is a wonderful find. It was the perfect place for a quiet getaway. I loved being "off the grid" without tech distractions of email, voicemail and Internet surrounded by beautiful nature and a lovely, comfortable cabin that had everything I needed.

AMAZING!

Have stayed several times at Peaceful Valley it has become our home away from home. It is a great place to just go and relax so quiet and peaceful truly amazing! I've stayed in a lot of places and never experienced the hospitality you get here. This time had to try out the new cabin. We loved it! Beautifully decorated inside and out! The owners are amazing too they have become family to us. Can't wait to go back for a week in June. Always enjoy our stay making memories with the family.

Needed a short getaway and couldn't have asked for anything better. Peaceful, quiet and beautiful property with fishing outside the front door of "creekside cabin". Will definitely be back. Absolute paradise

From the soft music and welcoming fire, to the homemade strawberry cheesecake bites, we were just blown away upon opening the door to the cabin. The sound of the creek was so comforting and I made so many duck friends. It was so nice to go out on the lake whenever we wanted. It’s clean and well kept too. We didn’t want for anything-the cabin has everything you might need. Timmy and Rose were a pleasure to deal with. We can’t wait to go back as this is definitely our new getaway spot.

Peaceful!

My husband and I needed a peaceful break from life and this was a perfect place to get just that. We can't say enough about the top notch hospitality and amenities available in this peaceful little cabin. We were surprised to find delicious and beautiful cheesecake bites waiting for us in the refrigerator! We spent much of our time on the beautiful front porch in the morning and enjoyed the visiting ducks, and the back porch in the evenings enjoying the wooded area and creek. We also thoroughly enjoyed cooking all meals on the Blackstone grill. Great place, wonderful hosts, would definitely recommend!

Hidden Gem

We found Peaceful Valley Lake and Cabins by sheer luck. We enjoyed the fishing, relaxation and thoughtfulness that went into every inch of this place. Timmy, Rose and family are owners and hosts that you can only dream of landing when you book a place solely based on needing to get away from it all while enjoying all the feels of being home, but with that fabulous fishing pond you have always dreamed of. We packed a cooler full of meals to be made and had absolutely everything we may have forgotten at our fingertips. We will be frequent flyers here... we have family members already contacting us wanting to know about this place... undecided on if we will share that “peace” yet!!! 😉
