The 49 m² apartment features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 6 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a TV. Please note, air conditioning is not available. Relax in the evenings on your private covered terrace.



Guests have access to shared outdoor facilities, including a garden, barbecue, and playground. Pools are open from May 15 to September 15. The equipped beach is available from the first Sunday in May to the last Sunday in September. A reserved parking space is provided.



Pets are not allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted. The property is equipped with smoke/fire and gas detectors, as well as fire extinguishers for your safety.



Check-in is only possible during designated hours; exceptions require prior approval from the owner. Late check-in is available on request and for an extra fee, to be arranged based on your arrival time. Please notify the property at least 3 days before arrival if you require this service.



Bed linen and towels are available only on explicit request and for an extra fee, charged per weekly change.



A security deposit is required and will be refunded at check-out if this is done in person between 9:30 and 10:00 am. For early check-out, the deposit will be returned via bank transfer after the property has been checked.
