About this property

Welcome to our charming, condo at lovely North Shore Place! Beautifully furnished with a comfortable queen size bed in the Master Bedroom, cozy twin beds in the Guest Bedroom and a comfy queen size sleeper sofa in the Living Room. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The newly updated Master Bathroom offers a large walk-in shower.

The condo hosts an open floor plan allowing for an airy and light feeling throughout. The Dining Room comfortably seats six with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The modern and updated kitchen is fully equipped and ready for your use. The Living Room is very comfortable and beckons you to sit back and relax. There are new flat screen TV's in both bedrooms and in the Living Room.

The delightful patio is accessed from both the Living Room and the Master Bedroom. It affords a great view of South Carolina's beautiful Palmetto Trees and lovely Live Oaks. A quiet and serene place to have breakfast or a lovely late night dinner.

The North Shore Pool is just a walk away from your door; no need to get on the elevator or climb steps to access this great pool. The Ocean Side Sea Crest Pool is also available for your use and just a short walk from your condo.

North Shore Place offers a secure, gated underground garage for your use. If you desire, you never need to use your car again, since there are a variety of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping just minutes away. Hilton Head's spectacular beach is a 2 minute walk away and there are numerous walking and bike trails just outside your door.

Great location and very convenient

Comfortable and beautiful are two adjectives to describe this property. We have been staying at NSP since it opened in 2001 and love the location. This unit is well-kept and hope to stay there again.

Sweetly Appointed Condo in North Shore Point

We had a glorious week on HHI at our beloved Forest Beach/Coligny triangle. This condo is very sweet, clean, well appointed, quiet with comfortable beds. We loved the short stroll to the beach, ocean pool and Pool Bar Jim’s!!! Added bonus was the “right outside the door” access to the NSP pool. Such a bonus!! Many thanks for the loan of the beach chairs and cart! It saved a lot of room in our van. Would love to rent again. Many thanks!!!

Relaxing vacation

We loved staying here! Everything was perfect. We enjoyed the balcony and the ease of getting to the pool. Walk to the beach is easy and short. Thank you for sharing your place with us! We will definitely be back!

Summer Hilton Head Vaca

We had the best week and the unit was beautiful and so very clean. It had everything that we needed and more. There were absolutely no issues, and the location was perfect! Walking distance to everything including the grocery store and beach! We would absolutely stay here again!
