Gordevio lies in Maggia valley, ca. 10 km from Locarno. The house was totally new renovated in 1995. It lies in the old village part at open and quiet position. Outdoor seat area with granite stone table for single use. Balcony. Car driveway until ca. 300 ms. Public parking place ca. 300 ms. Footpath to the house. River with bath possibility ca. 400 ms. bus, store ca. 400 ms. Bed, kitchen and bath linen available. Pets until 15 kg permitted.

Typical country furniture. Ground floor: Living/dining room with sofa, meal table, cable TV, wireless internet. Kitchen, open to living room with modern cook combination, e-ceramics stove, dishwasher. 1st floor: 1 open room with double bed. Exit on balcony. Bathroom with tub/toilet.
