Ronco lies on the sunny slope between Ascona and Brissago, about 8 km from Locarno. The spacious and bright house lies on the upper edge of the village on a quiet and sunny hillside with a stunning panoramic view of the lake, the Brissago islands and the surrounding mountains. House-long, lake-side terrace on the ground floor with balcony furniture and a spacious balcony on the 1st floor. Laterally of the house lawn with stone table and beautiful planting. Car access to below the house, stairs to house (about 100 steps). Public parking on the street below house. Village center, bus stop, shops about 500 m. Beach in Porto Ronco about 3,5 km. Brissago with promenade and large swimming pool about 5 km. Bed/kitchen linen is provided. Washing machine and dryer for private use. Pets not permitted.
