Private: swimming pool (above ground) heated (1,8 m diameter, depth 80 - 90 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Bumpy motor access to the house. Grocery 1.2 km, supermarket 1.2 km, restaurant 1.2 km, bar 500 m, bus stop 700 m, railway station "Bordighera" 6 km, sandy beach 1.5 km. Cycle lane 700 m. Please note: car recommended. Motorway close by.

Exit to the balcony, to the terrace. 2 double bedrooms. 1 room with 3 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with TV.
