This spacious holiday rental for up to 4 people spans approximately 90 m² and offers comfortable amenities for your stay across two floors.
The upper floor features the living area with a modern kitchenette, a bathroom, and a bedroom. The top floor features another bathroom with a washing machine and an additional bedroom.
The living area is cosily furnished with a sofa set, a radio with a CD player, and satellite TV with a DVD player, so you can relax after an eventful day. The open kitchenette is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, blender, hand blender, and electric kettle, allowing you to comfortably prepare your own meals.
The two bathrooms provide additional comfort: On the ground floor, you’ll find a bathtub and toilet; on the top floor, a shower, washing machine, and toilet.
The first bedroom on the upper floor is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), while the second bedroom on the top floor features two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm), providing ample sleeping space.
On the south-facing loggia, you can enjoy the sun and take in the tranquility of the surroundings. The holiday rental also includes a parking space for your vehicle. For families with small children, a cot and a high chair are available. Bed linens and towels are included.

Note regarding possible additional costs:
For departures on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, a 50% surcharge will be added to the cleaning fee.

For bookings with pets, we charge the corresponding pet fee per pet as well as an additional cleaning fee.

The visitor’s tax is based on the current regulations of the respective holiday destinations and must be paid in cash upon arrival at the VVR Flöter rental office.
