This is a perfect location! Right on the beach! The host was always there when I sent him a message, I would get an answer within an hour. He was very accommodating and helpful. The patio is beautiful with lounge chairs and plenty of umbrellas. And I do recommend this place.

This is the perfect location along the San Diego beaches. The beach is beautiful here, clean, less crowded than further north or south, with unobstructed ocean views. The place is super-cozy, exceptionally clean, the perfect home-away-from-home. And Larry is the best host you can ask for. Many thanks, Larry - I can't wait to be back.

This property is perfect for a couple's getaway! Being right on the beach means not worrying about parking and dragging things to the beach. We loved morning coffee and sunset cocktails on the patio, people watching and enjoying the weather. The unit is exactly as described, pictures are accurate. Being south of the Belmont Park area means it's a little more quiet, but you're close to the action if you want to do that too. Larry is awesome to work with. We'll definitely be back!

The property manager was nice. The property is directly on the boardwalk with great ocean views. I truly enjoyed my stay—very relaxing. Everything you need is with walking distance.

The location is perfect - right on the boardwalk! Located on the southern half of the boardwalk, where it's more residential and quieter. The owner was responsive throughout the process. The kitchen was well stocked. The king-size bed was very comfy. It was a good value. Would stay here again.
