The high-quality, newly renovated 2.5-room holiday apartment (renovation completed in spring 2025) impresses with its modern living comfort, open floor plan, and stylish living and kitchen area (no lift). An entertainment system with Wi-Fi and a TV offering numerous channels ensures top-notch entertainment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine – perfect for sociable cooking evenings with mountain views.
The bedroom features a comfortable bed, fresh linens, a desk with USB ports, and a peaceful atmosphere. The modern bathroom includes a shower, and the toilet is separate.
A shared ski and bike storage room as well as a laundry room are available for use. A garage parking space is also included.

Die Wohnung Leonard ist hochwertig in modernem Stil renoviert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Hier fehlt es an nichts! Besonders gefallen hat uns die Lage mit Blick von Muottas Muragl, Piz Languard bis Piz Mezdi und der überdachte Gartensitzplatz. Es freut uns, dass wir die ersten Gäste sein durften und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
