Private: large, beautiful terraced garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 40 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, parking on the premises. Shop 8.5 km, supermarket 5.7 km, shopping centre 9.5 km, restaurant 700 m, bakery 8.5 km, café 5.7 km, bus stop 6.3 km, sandy beach "Les Marines" 7 km. Sports harbour 16 km, marina 16 km, surf school 8.5 km, sailing school 8.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
"Los Limoneros", 4-room house 120 m2. Very simple and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, digital TV, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC. 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchen (oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Large terrace. Terrace furniture, deck chairs.
