Welcome to my charming, light-flooded 140sqm maisonette-style flat in the heart of the old town. The flat is located 5-10 minutes walk from the Cathedral, the famous Alameda or the "Setas". The flat has a large living room with its own dining area, 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm), an elegant bathroom, an additional separate WC and a well-equipped kitchen. The showpiece of the flat is the 30 square metre terrace with awning and barbecue.
The highlights of this flat are the spacious 30 square metre private living terrace with awning, the recently furnished living room with dining area and the bright entrance area flooded with natural light and fitted with a glass wall. Both the terrace and the living room are perfect for relaxing and dining and, thanks to the 500 Mbit high-speed internet connection, also for working. Soundproof windows have been installed on both floors, as the pedestrian zone is filled with shoppers during the day. The living room and dining area, as well as both bedrooms (which are on two different floors) are each equipped with air conditioning, which can be used for cooling in summer and heating in winter.
