Apartment 'K1a+b' with Balcony and Wi-Fi in the Heart of Constance

Our comfortable apartment 'K1a+b' on the first floor in the old town of Constance accommodates up to 5 guests. With two bathrooms and WCs as well as two TVs, it’s ideal for families and couples. The bedroom features a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), cable TV, and Wi-Fi. In the living room, you’ll find a comfortable sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) for one or two people, another cable TV, and a dining area for up to 5. A folding mattress is available for a fifth guest. Linen packages (bed linen and two towels) are available on request for an additional fee. Please note: The apartment is accessed via a spiral staircase from the inner courtyard and may not be suitable for small children, seniors, or guests with mobility issues.

You stay at Atelier Probst- Salmannsweilergasse in historic Konstanz, just 200 m from Lake Constance and the harbor. The German and Swiss train stations are 300 m away, while the Rhine swimming area and Swiss border are 700 m from the property. This late 19th-century building was extensively renovated in 2005.



Despite the central location, you can sleep peacefully as bedrooms face the quiet inner courtyard area. Shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, wine bars, and breakfast options surround you. Harbor boats offer sightseeing tours to attractions like the thermal baths and outdoor pool, accessible via a 2 km lakeside path with mountain views. The nearest parking garage is 50 m away, or use the affordable Bodenseeforum parking with bus connection. You can use city buses free of charge throughout Konstanz and to Kreuzlingen, Switzerland.
