Ascona is a neighbor place of Locarno. The small fisherman village is today internationally well known prominent meeting place and car free. Well cared flat house lies at sunny position, directly at the famous lake promenade. Lovely panorama view on the picturesque bay and the mountains. Large balcony facing the lake with balcony furniture and sun blinds. Driveway until house. Garage. Elevator. Lake ca. 20 ms (access directly from the house). Shop ca. 300 ms. Bus stop ca. 600 ms. Bathing-establishment with lake and beach, tennis, golf ca. 1 km. Bed, kitchen and bath linen available. Washing machine for common use. Pets not permitted.

The apartment has been renovated in 2011. Entrance. Large living/bedroom, lake side with large window front, seat corner with sofa also as sofa bed for 1 person. One extra bed (folding). Sleep corner detached from living area with french bed. Cable-TV, wireless internet. Kitchen, own room with table, modern combination with electric stove, dishwasher. Bath with tub/toilet.
