Located on the ground floor of a single-family home, this 55 m² holiday rental offers a cosy retreat right by the beach. Lovingly furnished, it creates a relaxed holiday atmosphere where unwinding comes easily and the stresses of daily life quickly fade into the background.

Living Area & Amenities
The heart of the apartment is the spacious living area with a dining nook, which offers plenty of room for spending time together. The sofa can be used as an additional sleeping arrangement for two people if needed.
A compact kitchenette is conveniently integrated into a small hallway area and is fully equipped. From here, there is direct access to the terrace.

Bedroom & Bathroom
The bedroom is located in the entryway of the apartment and also serves as a connecting room to the rest of the living area. Furnished with a comfortable double bed (180 cm wide) and a closet, it offers a quiet retreat after a day at the beach.
The bathroom is compact and features a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a window.

Outdoor Area
The holiday rental includes a small, sheltered terrace that’s ideal for relaxing outdoors. The house’s garden is available for shared use and offers additional space to relax. A private parking space is available to guests right next to the house.

Accessible
The holiday rental is located entirely on the ground floor and is therefore easily accessible. All rooms are on one level. Access to the front door is via a single step. A parking space is located directly in front of the house, ensuring short distances and a comfortable arrival.
