The house features two separate apartments, each with one bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, as well as three large bathrooms. The house is available exclusively for your use.

Die Casa Marie Leonie war das schönste Ferienhaus, in dem wir je waren, und hat unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Das Haus liegt einsam in einer wunderschönen Gegend, man hat von überall einen großartigen Blick. Für uns war der riesige, phantastische Garten (mit einem traumhaften großen) Pool das absolute Highlight. Ein echtes Paradies - nicht nur für unsere ganze Familie, sondern auch für unseren Hund: 5000 qm2 komplett und sicher eingezäunt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war perfekt, er ist unglaublich freundlich. Der Verwalter ebenso - er stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und hat mich sogar nach einem kleinen Unfall ins Krankenhaus nach Senigallia begleitet. Auch der Gärtner war sehr liebenswürdig und sehr rücksichtsvoll. Unser Fazit: Wenn wir könnten, würden wir doppelt so viele Sterne vergeben!
