This is a great place! Directly on the water. Walking distance to Giens and beaches. Sebastien is such a friendly and supportive host. Highly recommended to explore the Côte d'Azur.

Really great! I booked this place for 8 days.It was a gift for my father’s 60th birthday. There were four of us staying in the vacation rental. Sébastien and his mother are very warm and welcoming hosts. We spent 8 very pleasant days there. A wonderful location right on the water, ideal for snorkeling and cooling off. The nights were very quiet; we slept very well. Small shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Sébastien provides canoes and paddleboards. He loves taking care of his guests; we felt very welcome. I highly recommend this place! Everything was great :) !

Ein wunderschönes kleines Haus an einem wunderschönen Ort ! Wir haben das Ferienhaus zu viert bewohnt und hatten eine super Zeit. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich, das Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das Anwesen ist sehr großzügig angelegt. Praktisch ist der große Parkplatz auf dem Gelände und der viele Platz um sein Wassersportmaterial aufzubauen und unterzubringen. Es gibt eine Außendusche (eine gemauerte Kabine, man kann sie also als ganz normale Dusche nutzen), die total praktisch ist, wenn man vom Surfen oder Schwimmen im Meer zurückkommt. Sébastien und Dominique sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die während unseres Urlaubs alles getan haben , damit wir uns wohlfühlen. Und das haben wir sehr! Merci beaucoup! On reviendra!

Ma famille et moi avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement situé en rez de chaussée de la maison, les propriétaires occupant le premier étage. Nos hôtes ont été d’un accueil très sympathique, discret et en même temps très prévenant tout au long de notre séjour. Toujours disponibles pour aider à régler les détails du quotidien. Je recommande cette location en sus pour son accès incroyable à la mer et sa vue exceptionnelle depuis l’intérieur. Le jardin joliment fleuri et arboré rend cet endroit enchanteur.

Die Wohnung bietet auf dem Grundstück direkten Zugang zum Meer. Man kann mit dem Kajak direkt vom Haus losfahren oder schwimmen gehen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Die beiden Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock sind hell und ruhig gelegen. Sébastien, der Vermieter, lebt auf der anderen Seite des Grundstücks und ist jederzeit bei Problemen oder Fragen erreichbar. Zu Fuß sind ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen, weitere Strände und Restaurants erreichbar. Auch die schönen Wälder ganz im Westen der Halbinsel sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
