Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Dedicated umbrella and two sunbeds at the Portopiccolo private beach, suitable for two adults with children. No pets allowed at the beach.

We kindly ask for a €500 cash deposit. This will be fully refunded at check-out, provided no damage caused to the apartment or the garden.

We are happy to offer early check-in and late check-out free of charge, subject to availability and depending on the arrival time of the next guests.
