This cosy, well-furnished one-room holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the Berolina apartment complex. With approximately 37 m² of space, the apartment is ideal for 2 people.

Featuring a combined living room and bedroom with fold-out beds (2x 90x200 cm), a sofa, and a flat-screen TV, as well as a small open kitchen with a breakfast bar and a bathroom with a bathtub, this apartment offers everything you need for a wonderful Baltic Sea holiday. You can enjoy the afternoon sun on the sheltered balcony with a view of the countryside.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you right next to the building. Use of the indoor pool, the three communal rooftop terraces with views of the sea and the countryside, and the table tennis room is, of course, free of charge. You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in House An or in the bicycle storage room on the ground floor between Houses An and B. In House D, there is a communal laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee; coin-operated machines).

Would you like to bring your dog on holiday? One dog is welcome to accompany you for an additional fee.
