This tastefully furnished 2-room holiday apartment has a living area of approximately 46 m² and offers ample space and comfort for up to 4 people. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the Berolina apartment complex and is easily accessible by lift.

The combined living and sleeping area is furnished with two comfortable sofas, an armchair, a flat-screen TV, and a comfortable double bed (2x 90x200 cm). The separate bedroom features a bunk bed (each 90x200 cm) and can be darkened with curtains. You’ll also find a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, as well as a high-quality, modern bathroom with a shower. The living area opens onto the furnished, sunny balcony, which is perfect for relaxing. Wi-Fi is included.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you right next to the house. Use of the indoor pool, the three communal rooftop terraces with ocean and countryside views, and the table tennis room is, of course, free of charge. You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement storage rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the ground floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a shared laundry room on each floor from 1 to 4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee; coin-operated machines).

The apartment is situated in the heart of Dahme, right next to the beautiful seawall and just a few minutes’ walk from the blue Baltic Sea. The colourful promenade, with its numerous dining options and small boutiques, is just a stone’s throw away, and the town centre—with several bakeries and shopping options—is also just a few hundred metres away.
