This brightly furnished 2-room holiday apartment with a balcony measures 46 m² and accommodates up to 4 people. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the Berolina apartment complex and is easily accessible by lift.

You’ll find a combined living and sleeping area with a double bed (2 x 100x200 cm), a wardrobe, a corner sofa, and an armchair. From here, you can step out onto the covered, furnished balcony, which offers a great view of the meadows and fields. A flat-screen TV in the living area is perfect for cosy evenings on the sofa. The separate bedroom features two single beds (each 85x200 cm) and another flat-screen TV. You can reach the well-equipped kitchen with a dining table by walking straight down the hallway. The interior bathroom is tiled in light colours and features a shower. High-speed internet access and all calls to German landlines (with the exception of special numbers) are, of course, included.

An underground parking space is reserved for you (max. 185 cm clearance height). Use of the indoor pool, the three communal rooftop terraces with views of the sea and the countryside, and the table tennis room is, of course, free of charge. You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the ground floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a communal laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee; coin-operated machines).
