"Sonnenuntergang" Holiday Rental with Balcony in Haus Berolina in Dahme

Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Holiday Rentals Service Office, Lange Wiese 4, 23747 Dahme.

Your 46 m² holiday home is comfortably and tastefully furnished and suitable for up to 4 people. The apartment features a combined living room and bedroom, free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. The view looks out towards the countryside, and the west-facing balcony enjoys afternoon and evening sun.

An underground parking space is reserved for you (maximum clearance height: 185 cm). Use of the indoor pool, the three communal rooftop terraces with views of the sea and the countryside, and the table tennis room is, of course, free of charge for you. You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the ground floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a communal laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee; coin-operated machines).

Would you like to bring your dog on holiday? One dog is welcome to accompany you for an additional fee.

Leider etwas wenig Platz für vier Personen,vor allem,weil zu viel Deko im Weg steht .Das vierte Bett zum Rausziehen im Nebenzimmer haben wir nicht genutzt,weil dann kein Platz mehr im Zimmer blieb.Aber das Sofa war sehr bequem und super zum Schlafen. Die Wohnung war auf den ersten Blick sauber,Ecken wurden beim Putzen aber nicht mitberücksichtigt.Leider wurde das Kücheninventar nicht kontrolliert,Töpfe und Besteck waren teilweise dreckig im Schrank,so daß ich vorher die Sachen die wir benötigten alle abgespült habe.

Preis total überzogen. Bad geschlossen, WLAN funktioniert nicht, Kaffeemaschine der letzte Müll ( 30-40 Minuten für 4 Tassen). Wir haben uns eine Kaffeemaschine gekauft. Der Kleiderschrank für zwei Erwachsene viel zu klein. Bei unserer Enkelin war der Schrank im KZ mit Kissen zugemüllt.
