In the heart of Dahme: This modern holiday rental with a balcony offers approximately 46 m² of living space, providing ample room for up to 4 people. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the Berolina apartment complex and is close to the beach.

The centrepiece of the apartment is the combined living and sleeping area, featuring a bed (180x200 cm), a large sofa set, and direct access to the balcony. The furnished balcony, complete with a beach chair, faces south and guarantees plenty of beautiful hours in the sun. A TV with a DVD player and a Blu-ray player provide entertainment during your holiday. The separate bedroom is furnished with two single beds (each 80x200 cm) and a second TV. The separate kitchen is well-equipped with amenities such as an oven at a convenient working height, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a cosy dining area. Through the hallway, you’ll reach the comfortable, interior bathroom with a walk-in shower and a towel warmer. The apartment is just a few hundred metres from the idyllic Baltic Sea dike, the promenade, and the fine-sand beach. It’s also not far to the town centre, which offers various shopping options, bakeries, cafés, and restaurants.

During the season, from approximately May through September, a seasonal beach chair is available to you on the beach, subject to seasonal weather conditions.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you right next to the house. Use of the indoor pool, the three communal rooftop terraces with views of the sea and the countryside, and the table tennis room is, of course, free of charge for you. You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in House An or in the bicycle storage room on the ground floor between Houses An and B. In House D, there is a shared laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee; coin-operated machines). Wi-Fi is included.
