The holiday apartment has a living area of approximately 46 m², accommodates up to 4 people, and features a large balcony. The combined living/sleeping area boasts a tasteful ambiance. The master bed (2x 90x200 cm) is at a comfortable height. The separate bedroom, equipped with an additional flat-screen TV and built-in DVD player, offers another comfortable sleeping area for up to 2 people in a bunk bed (80x200 cm each). From here, too, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea. The large kitchen is very well-equipped, and a dishwasher makes everyday life on holiday easier. The modern design continues in the bathroom. In the living room, the large smart TV offers many channels in HD quality. Free, high-speed Wi-Fi is, of course, included.

A private underground parking space (clearance height 185 cm) is included as standard, and the lift takes you conveniently to your floor. Use of the heated, on-site swimming pool is included; in addition, guests have access to three communal rooftop terraces with views of the sea and countryside, a table tennis room, and a solarium.

Bicycles can be stored in two basement rooms in Building An as well as in a designated area on the ground floor. The building also features shared laundry rooms with washing machines and dryers (for a fee; coin-operated machines).
