Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Holiday Apartments Service Office, Lange Wiese 4, 23747 Dahme.

This cosy one-room apartment is centrally located and close to the beach on the 6th floor of the Berolina apartment complex. With approximately 37 m² of space, it comfortably accommodates up to 2 people.

The high-quality furnishings in this holiday rental are harmoniously coordinated. The tastefully and modernly furnished living and sleeping area—featuring a double box-spring bed (180x200 cm, with a full-length topper), a sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a small, well-equipped kitchen—ensures you’ll have a wonderful holiday. The en suite bathroom features a shower. In the evening, you can enjoy the sunset from the balcony.

An underground parking space is reserved for you (max. 185 cm clearance height). Use of the indoor pool, the three communal rooftop terraces with views of the sea and countryside, and the table tennis room is, of course, free of charge. You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in House An or in the bicycle storage room on the ground floor between Houses An and B. In Building D, there is a communal laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee; coin-operated machines).

Would you like to bring your dog along on holiday? One dog is welcome to accompany you for an additional fee.
